Was that all you had or was that in addition to your regular meals? Did you log it all? If that's all you had it's not really so bad (maybe not the healthiest) but calorie-wise it can't be too, too bad. It is after all Christmas. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and make some better food choices in the future. Don't…

Is swimming an option? Maybe yoga/pilates, with no weight bearing on the ankle. Good luck and good healing!

I buy almost all my clothes second-hand, so I am probably dealing with the "old"sizing. My XL and L camisoles are too big, so I went and bought new ones in M. 180 lbs size 16/18 155 lbs size 14/12 I have some 14's that are really big and a size 12 skirt that is wearable, but not comfortable.

Using crutches probably does burn calories! When I had ankle surgery, I was wheelchair bound as I was too clutzy to use crutches. Ended up putting the crutch on the toe of my good foot and landing all my weight on my casted foot. Not good and it was the end of my crutch career. Hope you heal well and are back to running as…

I like Lily's chocolate. They are sweetened with stevia. Half of a bar is 160 calories but with 25% of your daily iron requirement. I also make french toast and put unsulphered blackstrap molasses on it. It has both iron and calcium and is about 60 calories a tablespoon. I put the molasses on yogurt too.

I am also 5'2". I weight 164 now, but about a year and a half ago I was at 170. (I was recovering from surgery and in a wheelchair for quite some time) I have pretty much always had a bigger waist than my husband, so I know how that feels. I've been on MFP for about two months, and although I haven't lost any weight, I…

I know it doesn't make sense. But I'm actually gaining on the 1200 and I don't want to go below that number. I guess I could try another month at 1200. As I said, I'm perplexed. I weigh everything and when I exercise I use my bike's calorie counter which is way lower than MFP's.

I'm 5'2" and have just re-vamped my rate of weight loss to .5 per week. I am back to above my original starting weight, but since I can fit into a size below what I was wearing, I'm not too bummed out, but I am perplexed. I am hoping a higher calorie per day goal will help me. My diary is open if anyone cares to comment. I…

I don't think there's a Betty Ford for chocolate! However, there is a chocolate bar sweetened with stevia called Lily's. It won't give you the sugar jolt, but might help with the chocolate craving. Good luck!

Try Rock Tape. You should be able to get it at a running store or on-line. Are you able to keep your feet in a neutral position while you sleep? Maybe by sleeping with your feet against a wall. Good luck! PF is rough.
