  • I agree about wearing some tight shorts underneath. I too remember experiencing this very exact same thing. It's just like working muscles - expect to be sore for some time but it does get better. I never ran a day in my life until 2.5 yrs ago. It all started w/walking a 5k. A full marathon later I haven't looked back.…
