I am glad i came across this, I started tony hortons 10 min trainer in 2009, i was at 5'7 at about 155lbs, i am now at 5'7, at 120 I have gained muscle got alot smaller, but still, have cellulite anf those saddlebags, not as bad but help

I have been doing 10 min trainer for about 2yrs now, i dont even use the resistance bands, i use dumbells, because when i got it off ebay, rather than beachbody.com, the bands were not included. Lost 35-40lbs, went from 155lbs at 5'7, to now 123-125lbs. its great, i love it. I like to get it out of the way, so i do it…

Just keep at it, how long you been doing it? are you eating pretty well, just try to make sure to eat about 4-5 times a day, and smaller portions, and cut the sweets, sodas, chips, fast food. LOTS of water, I drink about 4-5 water bottles a day. :)

Thanks, I take shakeology once a dayt, but planning on adding a scoop or so of vanilla ehwy protein to my shakeology, what are your thoughts on that? thanks so much Mindy Magiikal@aol.com

Thanks, I know alot of it is in your diet, but you need to have a ab routine, and i do the tony horton 10 min trainer, he has a pretty good ab section i try to do 3x a week. I just seem to have this little pooch in the lower part.
