Multi and a glucosamine w/MSM (for joints) In winter I add L-lysine (hair, nails and skin). Winter because it is dryer and that helps.

SERIOUSLY!! This is my biggest annoyance with the gym!!! There are piles of towels accessable to everyone - use them! If I want to see naked boobs - I have my own set, thank you very much.

Very good points! My HARD - the accidental reflection glance when you realize it's YOU??!! It's hard because the mental image and the actual image are not the same and it's a long hard struggle to bring them closer together.

Look up ITB injury - to see if that might be what you really have. (Illio tibial band, I think) But the best way to heal, is time off from running! Can you get to a pool and do some "running" in there? It would lift some of the stress from the knees? Hope you heal quickly!
