hmmm, think I always want a glass or 2 of wine in the evening but then when I do, my willpower goes out the window and I grab unheaalthy snacks too etc

oh thank you, all, this is soooo helpful!! I do exercise 2-3 times a week...do I need to up that amount? also, I always come unstuck with wine...can I work it into the daily calories and still lose? thanks
