i didn't go to a concert until i was 17 but i go to a ton nowadays, so i guess i'm making up for it. first: my chemical romance, the used, and whoever else was playing last: taking back sunday, bayside, and bad rabbits next: fun/new found glory, then jack's mannequin, and then fun. again :]

I just started it last week and I'm doing two days shred and then a day out walking with a rest day during the week as well. I just finished my third day of the shred and I can already see some improvements. I lasted longer throughout each one of the exercises that were the hardest for me on day one and I didn't once thing…

I started mine yesterday and I'm definitely feeling it today! It hurts just to walk but I'm gonna push forward with day two. I actually found the segments online so I'm getting the benefits of the program without having to pay, which is a nice bonus.
