haven't used the full 30 days in one go, i use it now and then to compliment my workouts, and its fab, back at the beginning of my weight loss journey, i only used that and the wii fit, and lost loads of weight.

3 1/2 months (well 4 months but for the last two weeks i've had a bit of a motivational slump) and 62 ish pounds down, i'd say it works

use same exercise, and use correct time, just edit the calories, you can override the number it gives you

i use a running bottle, with a hole in the middle, easier to hold

rice cakes, tuna in cans can be opened once there, dried fruit, cereal bars, ?

it is possible, but i worry that it will be super hard to meet, and you might feel disappointed in yourself if you dont make it! having said that if you are willing to work super super hard, go for it, good luck!

you need to put it on a photo hosting site (like photobucket) copy the link it shows you for websites that begins [/IMG] post that link on here but change the capital IMG at the beginning and end of the link to lowercase x

lol yes my clothes are all too big atm, and this is a size smaller than the before pictures, i can feel a difference! I would never have gotten this far if it wasn't for MFP, so a massive thankyou to everyone!

i always have a little bit of what i like, i dont count it as cheat days, i count it as life, its unrealistic to think i'll never have pizza again, so if i want it i'll try and work it in, if i go over every now and again, one bad day will not ruin all your progress!

i often eat under 15g of fat daily, and i'm ok, my GP and dietician reccomended to keep fat intake low, but you do need some in your diet.
