Good luck, as already said the procedure itself is fine but the prep is rough, I think to get it cold is good advice. I just stand over the sink, stare straight ahead and glug it down lol The flavours don't help me personally, all they've done is give me issues drinking other flavoured drinks ewwww It's only one day…

It's quite a shock when you actually write it all down huh!?! You're off to a great start, I'm also looking at P90X and contemplating doing C25K to start back running. I have a 6 yo girl and she sure does keep me on my toes

I keep looking at p90x but I don't think I'm ready to commit lol Day 16 level 3 done ... wow what the heck was that?!? level 3 kicked my *kitten* but I'm determined to get through it. I am thinking I may just try the c25k program and start running, wish I could get a running partner nearby as I get freaked out running at…

This is such a tough one, I have a similar situation except my daughter's an only child which is rough because I don't want her to be excluded either. I generally have the girls all play in our garden where I can supervise with the kitchen door open and if I hear anything I intervene. In general this whole issue really…

Thanks for taking the time to review, this is perfect for me as I've just been looking at getting a HRM this morning. I'm fed up of guessing my burn, I always under estimate anyways but think a HRM would keep me in check x

Halfway - Day 15 for me today, I am starting to really struggle ughhhhhh I think it's with the extra leg soreness from cycling to work, I know I just have to push through. Switched up to 3kg weights this week as well, not too bad except for the anterior thingy too that just hurts. Level 3 tomorrow eeeek! I know it's not…

Congrats :drinker: It's so good to have a steady loss. We're about the same weight, I just this week got to the 11 stone mark and am desperate to break into the 10's ... although so far I just can't seem to push past 154lb grrrrrrrr Keep it up and you may just smash that next goal x

Hmmmmm mine have improved ALOT over time, when I was pregnant I wil always remember the midwife being shocked and remarking 'oh my they're really bad' .... no kidding thanks for that lol You need to moisturise/exfoliate etc keep them in good condition, I used Strivectin at the end of last year and that again helped them to…

There is NO substitute for chocolate! I always have something in the house, I like mini bars of dark chocolate or just treat size bars ..... I have no willpower where chocolate is concerned so if another member of the family brings chocolate in the house it's game over x
