Fantastic! Just goes to show the numbers don't always represent the results, I would never have guessed just a 10lb difference. Thanks for posting much needed inspiration

you look fantastic well done! Feeling inspired now, I have 80 days to lose whatever I can so it's good to see what can be done when you set your mind to it!

Thanks for all the positive input ..... You've all made me smile and take a good look at myself ...... I must just be greedy lol  My meals themselves aren't bad, I don't really do much in the way of frozen/pre packed food, I am vegetarian which makes protein a challenge but find using protein powder helpful. It's the…

I'm somewhere between 5'3-5'4 CW 148lbs, I recently quit smoking (just over a month ago) and am finding it tough to keep on track with my eating. I'm looking for people who log every day too really need the extra support/accountability as I'm not giving up!

Absolutely with you on the birds, pigeons in particular, will avoid their evil hang outs even if t means walking totally out of my way. I think the bird fear is pretty common, my really irrational one is I am freaked out by felt and fleece material to the point I feel physically sick :ohwell: I used to work with a lady who…

I'm vegetarian and find this really tough, I always thought the protein powders were a load of carp but there's really something to be said for them I don't get the muscle soreness anymore like I used to. I buy holland and barret whey protein when it's on sale so £19.99 for a huge tub. For easy protein I eat cheese, total…

Wow that's a serious amount of inches in just 4 weeks??! Seriously ...... Fantastic!

All the counts is you've not given up! You can see I've been using MFP since 2011 ..... I lost around 50 lbs between 2006 - 2009, between 2009 - 2012 I threw around the same 7lbs and…

Great story you're looking fantastic and yes 10lbs difference love that! I think it depends where you intend to cycle too, leashing to the bike as already established is very dangerous for both of you ..... not sure if yours has their tail or not, wagging tails and bike wheels do not mix! I have a Samoyed and she needs exercise, I have biked with her off lead a few times, I tried it once with…

As justsomerando mentioned 'you are your own gym' there's a free app if you have a device to download on to, it's not the full program but worth checking out to give you some direction

Yes  not a big make up wearer but always use a moisturiser with spf! 2 things I use the most Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat and either Bobbi Brown or MAC mascara, if I'm feeling I need it I use Bobbi Brown shimmer brick for some glow.

Yep it can be a pain in the *kitten* but luckily mines not bad .... everything you said is true and can cause a flare up so it's all about moderation and trial and error. Whey protein is good, I've recently started using it without issue, thought I'd try the milk again this morning with cereal .. instant pain so will give…

Cows milk can be irritant for Crohn's disease so although I have no real no gos and my chrons is well managed I kinda feel a bit off and maybe this is what's causing it. I will eat eggs, cheese etc so will take a look over that list thanks.
