Hi, I would like to join in the September challenge.
My starting weight as of September 2/13 is: 228.0
My personal goal for September is: 218 (10 lbs loss)
My personal challenge is to stay motivated and to complete the 30 day shred!0 -

I'm back on MFP after a month of hectic finals and moving apartments, and I brought 7 extra lbs that I'd lost back with me.

Hi! I am new and am just getting started! But, I would love to join this and hold myself accountable to you wonderful people. So, here goes:

Goal weight: 108 lbs
Self-Challenge: Exercise for 20 minutes everyday0 -

I'll join you in being accountable. It is always better to lose weight with others that are motivated. I weigh 156 lbs. I want to be down to 148 by October1st. I haven't done formal exercise since Spring, just landscaping and such. I need to get back to walking every day so I'm adding that to my goals for the month.
My final goal is 140 lbs. Why is it so hard to lose those last few pounds?!0 -
