    Hi, I'm Jess :-) I'm in desperate need of motivation, I want to be able to breathe in the dress I'm wearing to my cousins wedding in a fortnight!! Haha, aside from that, I'd been doing really well until I went away at the beginning of August and I think a challenge like this one could really help to pull me back on track and get my head into the game again!

    Starting pant size 12/ waist 34.5 inches/ hips 39.5 inches

    Goal for September- 160 pounds and/or body fat 33%
    Pant size goal- 9/10, waist 33 inches/hips 38 inches

    Fitness routine currently running on a treadmill 3-4 times a week about 1 hour at a time @ 5-6 mph
    My aim for each week in September is 20-25 miles running and 25 push ups & 25 crunches 5-6 days a week.

    Hello Everyone, This challenge is going to be very motivating...Birthday is this month and meeting my goal will be a great gift to myself...

    Self Challenge: Improve walking speed, walk 4-5 day per week for 30-45mins each day. Stay positive no matter what things look like. Keep my Focus!!! No eating after 8pm and to get 8hrs of sleep at least 4 nights a week. :flowerforyou:
