    Sw as of today Sept 1 257.7 pounds

    My goal for Sept is to be down to 250 by my Dads bday Sept 28. All he ever wanted is for me to be healthy and even though he is not here to cheer me on I know he is from up there. I want to give him the best bday gift ever.

    My other goal is to work towards doing more running than walking during my 5km walks and I am doing my first ever 5km marathon Sept 14th. Color Me Rad Saskatoon!

    My first weigh in of September was today. I'm 148.25 so I've got 5.75 lbs to go! I'm actually really pleased I ost this week as I ate loads on Saturday night due to my wedding anniversary (now divorced so not my fav. day!) I'm away this weekend so will try to make healthy choices, plan to blitz it this week before I go! On day 6 of the squat challenge today and day 3 of my X trainer challenge! Keep up the good work folks xx

    Signed up to myfitnesspal today so this is a great challenge to start with.

    SW 75kg
    GW 70kg
    personal goal: to keep up with my fitness regime (gym 5 x a week and walk/ cycle wherever I can) when I start my new job next week which might be quite stressful...and would normally lead to nights on the sofa instead of the treadmill.

    Hi everyone! weightloss has slowed down lots over the last couple of months so really need a new challenge / kick up the bum!

    Starting weight for September: 210.2 lb
    Your personal goal for September: 204 lb
    Your personal self-challenge for September: start running again 3x a week to get my fitness up so i can start playing basketball in october.
