    Hi, I would like to join in the September challenge.
    My starting weight as of September 2/13 is: 228.0
    My personal goal for September is: 218 (10 lbs loss)
    My personal challenge is to stay motivated and to complete the 30 day shred!

    Ultimate personal challenge ..... to stick to my own exercise routine and ditch junk food ..... I'll start with logging :bigsmile:

    Anyone please add me I really need to build up my support network, I have some great people on my list that have stuck by my inconsistencies but lot's of people have dropped off the radar.

    I'm back on MFP after a month of hectic finals and moving apartments, and I brought 7 extra lbs that I'd lost back with me.

    Your starting weight for September: 129.8 lbs as of this morning (will NOT break 130 again!)
    Your personal goal for September: 123 lbs (feel it's best to be realistic haha)
    Your personal self-challenge for September: To log EVERY day regardless of whether I've cheated or not, to restart Insanity, and to restart lifting

    Starting weight September 1st: 178lbs
    Goal Weight for end of September: 173lbs
    Personal Goal for September: Figure out some sort of new, regular exercise I can do in the city. Also, 30 day squat challenge.

    I do yoga about 3 or 4x a week. I would like to start adding in cardio, maybe spin classes a couple times a week too.

    yes I need a kick to get more exercise each. Hard to do working 10 hour days.

    Hi! I am new and am just getting started! But, I would love to join this and hold myself accountable to you wonderful people. So, here goes:

    Starting weight (September 2, 2013): 114 lbs
    Goal weight: 108 lbs
    Self-Challenge: Exercise for 20 minutes everyday

    Yay! I've gotten off track over the last couple months, so I'm excited to have some accountability for this month!

    SW: 140.8 lbs
    Goal weight: 132.8 lbs
    Self-Challenge: 30 minutes of cardio every.day. No more excuses!
