    My goal is to exercise at least 4 days a week 30-45 mins each time, pack my breakfast and lunch for work so I can stay out of the cafeteria and weigh in EVERY Monday.

    I'm in. My weigh in day is Sunday so I will post starting weight then, but I'd like to lose and keep off the fluctuating 2-3 lbs I keep gaining and losing.
    My goals for September are : weigh in one day a week, to walk at least an hour a day 5 days a week. To start and complete Chalene Extreme Burn Circuit again. To stay out of the red on my food journal. . To take measurements and progress pics on day 1 and 30.
