    Self Challenge: 3 Goals
    1. Run/Walk 4 days per week a minimum of 3 miles per day
    2. Track my food EVERY day, not just the week days...
    3. Work out with Jillian (via a DVD) 4 days per week.. shred baby shred.....

    PERSONAL GOAL: WORKOUT AT LEAST 3X A WEEK MAYBE EVEN 4. I WOULD LIKE TO GET BELOW 154 BUT LOSING WEIGHT HAS BEEN REALLY HARD I DID THIS LAST MONTH AND ONLY LOST A POUND AND A HALF SO TIME TO KICK IT UP A NOTCH.

    Self-Challenge: Limit unhealthy foods, make a conscious effort to exercise every day and to eat enough.. i.e. reminding myself that I shouldn't be punishing myself by not eating cause my body needs food.

    My September goal is to be 178lbs by september 30th.
    My Self-Challenge is to do at least 20 mins excersize everyday and stay away from the choccie :)

    Although i got weighed this morning and lost 4 lb but dont know if to count that in the challenge or not :S

    I just joined last month, and I feel like setting goals as part of an August challenge helped me meet them...so here we go for September! :)

    SW for September: 258.5
    Personal goal for September: 247.5 (total 25 lbs from SW)
    Your personal self-challenge for September: continue tracking, keep up water intake (3-4 water bottles/day depending on exercise), continue with C25K (should be almost done by the end of September...ha!) - new goal: get 2 days of weight training in each week.

    I'm already on the list, but I did my first weigh-in for September this morning. 199.6 -- 2.4 lbs down since last Friday and 9.4 lbs down total since I start MFP 25 days ago! Woo hoo!!

    Also, I noticed my goal is a "bit" off. I said 185 when I meant 195. I would love to lose 17 lbs in one month, but I'm not going to put that kind of pressure on myself!

    SW as of 08/26 (my last weigh in for August): 214.6
    Goal for September: 206
    Self-Challenge: Weigh only on Fridays, not everyday!

    Today is weigh-in day and I'm down to 212.4! :smile:

    That means I've lost 15.4 lbs since started MFP on July 29th... a total loss of 28.8 overall. I have also gone from 41.3% body fat when I started MFP to 40.5%. That's pretty darn good in a month! :-)
