    Self Challenge; I'm an "all or nothing" kinda gal and I got to teach myself that 115 isn't going to happen today but it eventually will.

    Hello Everyone, This challenge is going to be very motivating...Birthday is this month and meeting my goal will be a great gift to myself...

    Self Challenge: Improve walking speed, walk 4-5 day per week for 30-45mins each day. Stay positive no matter what things look like. Keep my Focus!!! No eating after 8pm and to get 8hrs of sleep at least 4 nights a week. :flowerforyou:

    Personal challenges for this month:

    - Stick to my daily planned menus
    - log diary everyday
    - start building up exercise to: walk at least 3x 10 min 3x a week
    - drink at least 8 cups of water daily
    - sit down and make my meal plan 2x a week
    - prepare meals and snacks in advance every day

    Goal weight for September: 105 kg

    Personal goal: I have just started on MFP so my goal is to remember to log everything in and stick with it! I am notoriously bad at making sure I am hydrated. I don't drink anything bad, I simply don't drink! So my goal is to carry my water bottle around with me and fill it at least twice a day. This is probably harder for me than cutting out certain foods.

    Personal goal will be to do 10,000 steps atleast 6 days a week on my fitbit. Also to log (good or bad) and try to start eating more fruits/veggies not just preparing them for my kids. They need me healthy too!

    I always do better with some support so here I am.

    September goal- 12 lbs loss (take me under the next stone)

    Personal goal- don't allow a 5 day trip to benidorm to ruin the month!!

    Personal Goal: Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.

    I chose this as my goal because I'm a yo-yo water drinker, lol. I tend to do really well and drink plenty of water 5-6 days at a time, then slack for 2-3. Every time I slack, I feel yucky (sluggish, joint and muscle pain, etc.) and I'm tired of the yo-yo.
