    SW as of 8/24 is 197.1 lbs
    Goal for September is 190 lbs
    Self Challenge is to exercise at least 45 min. 4-5 times a week.

    Self Challenge: 8 glasses of water a day! And working out for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. No more of these measly workouts just to get my calorie intake for the day down!

    I think this is a great idea!! I am in! The only thing is I do not have a scale at the moment so I will weigh myself and post when I get to my boyfriends (I use his scale)!

    I am in - this is perfect. I just gave myself a swift kick to the @$$ this morning because I've been slacking lately. This will help me get myself motivated again!
