Now I am ready to join because I cannot do this alone.
My goal: To lose 44 pounds by my 44th birthday ( December 8. So 15 pounds each month???

Welcome everyone! It's nice to see so many people interested in this. :-) Feel free to add me as well. I work part-time (as needed) and I babysit 40+ hours/week (AND I have my own 2 year old), so gym-time is hard to come by! I am going to hit the gym 3x/week this month!0
