    Hi: I am ready to become a part of this!
    I joined in July ( I belive, and all I did was track my food ( sometimes)
    Now I am ready to join because I cannot do this alone.
    My goal: To lose 44 pounds by my 44th birthday ( December 8. So 15 pounds each month???

    Welcome everyone! It's nice to see so many people interested in this. :-) Feel free to add me as well. I work part-time (as needed) and I babysit 40+ hours/week (AND I have my own 2 year old), so gym-time is hard to come by! I am going to hit the gym 3x/week this month!

    I'm in as well. I have been with MFP for quite some time but after losing over 70lbs I fell off the wagon and got run over by it. I am back and ready to start on a new journey.
