    I really need this to help motivate me.
    My Starting Weight: 219.8
    My Sept. Goal Weight: 210

    -My Personal Challenge for this month is: Go to the gym 3x's per week and Stay within my daily calories.

    Goal weight- 142-140

    personal goal(s)- Walk at least 30 mins a day. Complete 30 day shred. Continue packing my lunch & making healthy eating choices.

    I joined in July ( I belive, and all I did was track my food ( sometimes)
    Now I am ready to join because I cannot do this alone.
    My goal: To lose 44 pounds by my 44th birthday ( December 8. So 15 pounds each month???

    Welcome everyone! It's nice to see so many people interested in this. :-) Feel free to add me as well. I work part-time (as needed) and I babysit 40+ hours/week (AND I have my own 2 year old), so gym-time is hard to come by! I am going to hit the gym 3x/week this month!
