I'm just starting out running, as in wk1 c25k lol I have a 10k next year and this has inspired me to push myself to keep running, thanks

that's actually really interesting to see thanks for sharing, I think in time that would heal quite nicely it's very neat work and 6 years on my cs scar is hardly visible!

Give the bike a once over if you can, there are loads of great tutorials on youtube etc I doubt it's anything to do with your weight more the way the bikes been looked after or stored. I would replace the tubes and maybe even the tyres x

I'm sure I've had some of the smaller Discovery wraps around 110? I am always jealous of the americans wide diet food choices and breads. EDIT: Sainsburys Discovery Wholemeal Tortilla 109 cal

Definitely go low on the weights and some sets use just the bar maybe with no weight, somebody already said have a quick word beforehand to let them know you're new. Enjoy it, I love body pump, it's the one thing that keeps making me want to join the gym again! Have you looked at the les mills webiste?…

You're looking wonderful and like others have said wouldnever have guessed you to be in the 170's :noway:

Hmmmmm it really is a personal journey and you need to find your motivation. I quit last June after a life of smoking, I've quit before when pregnant. I think the suggestion of not having a 'last' cigarette is a good one. When I quit I was just so determined, my stubborness took over, I didn't talk about quitting, I didn't…

Don't stress about it, don't push them to eat, believe me if they are happy and full of play they are fine! My 6 year old's eating habits used to worry me terribly. At some points I worried she didn't eat enough, she would always go through phases of eating alot when having a growth spurt though. So long as they have…

Day 10 Level 1 done! Wow that was an effort today soooo tired but just had to get it done. Hope everyone's managed to do something today be it shred or whatever just keep going
-
Not sure what you're eating? I've been a vegetarian for 17 years, I used to have a really poor carb heavy diet. As already mentioned you need to start working some good veggies in if you don't already, some eggs and cheese. I love cheese but always worried about the fat so have started eating the cheesestrings to help…

I like to think I'm still young

Good luck with the move :drinker: Day 9 Level 1 done perfect start to my Saturday, the scale's not budging but the tape measure is I am losing inches nicely!

That's seriously cool, I am a secret gamer. Well I was until the PS fail last week :explode:
-
lol that's just mean! Serious will power though.
-
Mmmmmmmmm cake! It's ok I find myself drooling over food porn most days :blushing: Great feeling that getting back into the old clothes and feeling stronger.
-
Nice work! I am refusing to buy anymore clothes until I reach my goal, so far it's the only downside I can think of

Day 8 Level 1 done, I know I keep saying it but wow I seriously love this level.

I have her Mat Work dvd, I personally love it but I can see she isn't for everyone. She doesn't give constant direction which some people dislike but after a few sessions you learn whats what. I'm actually going to get her dance cardio I like it that much. She is a class A poser though that can be a little annoying lol
-
This I wanna see!
-
I'm watching it in work, I think they've done a really good job of putting it together fairly modestly. Didn't think I was interested in it until I started watching lol
-
I would leave the HRM at home and just enjoy the magic. The past couple of times at Disney I lost or maintained from all the walking/dancing about and I ate brownies for breakfast
-
You look great! In fact your body shape probably represents mine, stretch marks included lol Good to see what hard work can do x
-
Hope everything went ok at the doctor today and you're able to get your shred in. Day 7 Leve 1 for me done woohoo!
-
Not to sound patronising but you're only 18, age is on your side. Yeah it's crap that you're eating so don't be surprised if you feel tired and sluggish, in all honesty this is pretty much the way I ate at your age too ... I did party hard and dance my *kitten* off most nights of the week and I did maintain/lose weight…
-
I also go with working out more and see where it gets you, you look like you're carrying a bit around your middle but not much at all. I'm always really surprised when I see some peoples weight that are alot heavier than me but look sooooo much slimmer due to their exercise x
-
Will have to check this out ... although I have fallen out with PS3 this week lol

I have had a rubbish day today myself, I've eaten terribly and not got any of the paperwork done I needed ughhhhhh Anyways I agree with the suggestion of trying some warm ups. I put on a dvd earlier this evening did 5 minutes turned it off, I was struggling my eyes were heavy my body slow and the dvd was just mat work. I…
