I've found it works for me. I can still lose 1 to 2 pounds per week setting one day as a "free" day. I usually make Saturday or Sunday the free day. I don't do it every week, sometimes every other week. But I still think it's a good thing to do now and then because you don't feel deprived. I don't agree with the theory…

I noticed it in my face, neck, and in my fingers. I could finally get my wedding ring off of my pinky and back onto the ring finger.
