  • Use your peeled to peel ribbons, discarding seeds. Poor over juice of half a lemon, drizzle a little olive oil and crumble feta over the top. Bake in oven for 15minutes. We eat this all the time in summer with grilled meat. So delicious.

  • I don't do cheat days per say. What I do is make good choices over the weekend but don't pressure myself into entering everything. If I get round to it. To be clear though these days are never under my calorie count but are not complete blow outs either.

  • Personally I think there is nothing more satisfying then making a meal that is tasty from scratch. No reprepared or pre-packaged stuff but to be realistic sometimes you have to buy it because you are time poor. I agree that the key is getting all the nutrients you need and above all else being consistent.

  • The side effects are a bit crazy at first but like all things you get used to it and I keep telling myself that this baby if/when it comes will be truly wanted.
