I log all my food at the beginning of the day too, to keep me on track. I must say that I purposely do not logon over the weekend as I try and abstain from technology and most importantly computers as I have a desk job.:) Get a balance that works for you

The real question is, is he asking you to lose the weight or do you want to? What is motivating you? Whatever goal you set will only be reached if you want to reach it. that is so fantastic – well done you! Re making your money last tips i can give you is when you can try and buy seasonal food from markets etc as it is always cheaper than buying to a recipe. So if one week mushrooms are cheap then buy 2 kgs! This is how i got through Uni with no benefits to support me. If nothing else…

i start yoga in a week and have paid for the whole course so i suppose that is a good start. In terms of your other ideas...I have had a personal trainer before but after 6 months and little results she advised me to try someone else with different techniques. Definitely like the idea of a workout buddy though - thank you!

i don't know about you but i go though phases where i lost alot of hair because of the seasons so if it more then that type of seasonal lose might be best to check with your doctor.
