I am too! they keep saying at my end of day I am eating too few calories I'm about 1200 and i'm sedentary due to a disability and a torn meniscus. I hope to begin water exercise next week again. I am still losing weight but it is hard to get all the meals in especially breakfast. I need some good low calorie snacks to fill…

I'm 5'2" and never had a waist line even at 117 pounds. I'm 60 years old now and 219 pounds so I have quite a journey. You look great! Keep up the good work.

I am former Navy and remember how hard those fitness tests were. especially when I was over 30 and had two kids! When they started doing the measuring thing I just about lost it,, I'm only 5'2 and never had a waistline. Do the best you can and try not to worry. It won't help.
