I hated P90X (Tony Horton annoys the crap out of me), but the results were great! Of course, you're also putting in 45 mins - 90 mins working out every day, so of course the results are going to come faster. This is a different program! :) Although, I believe that any program where you are doing any type of plyometrics, you need to be careful of your knees (and other body parts as well). Certainly not specific to just one program.

I did wind up getting the program and am on day 5. So far, so good! It's hard, but comparable to other programs I've been doing/have done (T25, P90X, ChaLEAN Extreme, etc.). I find I am much more motivated the second I put on workout clothes. My mood shifts and I WANT to sweat and get my endorphins going. I also let myself think that if I still hate the workout after 5 minutes, I can stop... but it never happens. I either 1) don't hate the workout or 2) talk myself into just finishing it…

I need to clarify I'm not referring to 30 Day Shred, rather her new BodyShred program which is 10 DVDs. Also- unfortunately, I don't have internet in my home gym (it's detached from the house), so relying on websites isn't an option for me. :neutral:

Thanks, but I'm actually considering her newest BodyShred program vs. 30 Day Shred. :) I've got 30 Day Shred and it's just not enough variety for me! I need more DVDs to choose from :)

Polar FT4 has been great for me! I've been using it over a year and still love it. You can get it at bodytronics.com for a lot cheaper than you can get it in stores - Also, they might still be accepting the coupon code "popo" - I think it gives you 5% off. Good luck!

Don't give up! It didn't take 4 weeks or 10 days to gain weight, so you won't see results that quickly either.

The ChaLEAN Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid... but that's because it was 5 months vs. a 90 day program. It's hard to say, because I've lost about the same during each program. The most fun way of losing inches was definitely Turbo Fire =)

Thank you everyone, except for the person on here who had to say I have no muscle definition... haters will hate, that's what I've learned throughout this whole journey! I only work out at home... so much more convenient! I have a mix of Beachbody programs (Les Mills Combat, P90X, Turbo Fire, ChaLEAN Extreme, Hip Hop Abs, etc. etc). I love having variation to mix up my workouts!!
