Congratulations!! I haven't gotten 100% "pumped" about it just yet.... but that's probably because I go at 5am! Yeesh. Either way, I hope to get there soon. Good for you!! :)

Eat almonds and avoid eggs. Of course, exercise helps the most. I recently started working out 4-5 days a week and have lowered mine several points, after the doc said mine was high about a year ago. Good luck!
