I understand i need to increase my fat intake but what is the beest foods to eat to increase fat and get into ketosis?

I have been doing the weights 3 times a week but not very much as i am only beginning, the diet is for weight loss and i am only power walking on the tredmill to keep my BPM low

I have not had anything other than stated, I guess it could be the constipation as I have not went regularly, doing the diet for weight loss, i will give it another week and see how things go Thanks :happy:
