I eat Jennie-o maple turkey bacon and cannot get to crisp on the pan, but microwave with paper towels seems to work. Just be careful not to burn it. I actually don't mind if its not crispy, I eat it more for the flavor than the texture. A slice or two is a good addition to many sandwich combinations.

If I'm only making 1 or 2 burgers for a quick dinner I just add a little of whatever seasoning I have in the cupboard (salt and pepper, southwest, or even taco, etc.) and grill it on a flat pan. At the same time I just butter some bread and grill it along with the turkey burger, and then put cheese and barbeque sauce on it…

I had the same problem with overeating at dinner. Having a snack within an hour before dinner definitely helps curb the urge to eat large portions. In addition, you could eat a snack to hold you over until you have time to prepare a meal for dinner. Nachos can be healthy if you make them at home :)

Still here, but only a quarter of the way to the weight loss for this challenge. At least I'm still going down each week, even if its really slow.

Day 1: 2.4 mile walk outside. Going to try to get another two miles in before the end of the night on the elliptical. <a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/exercise/wvy0z0L/"> <img border="0" src="http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wvy0z0L/exercise.png"></a>

I typically walk on an elliptical at home (often while catching up on tv shows) and to places nearby like the grocery store and post office. I would like to walk more outside, but don't want to walk alone in some areas.

SW - 180.5 lbs (2/10/14) CW - 179.0 lbs (2/28/14) TWL - 1.5 lbs Definitely behind on this challenge but moving in the right direction. I joined a walking challenge for March and hope to catch up by drinking more water and reducing carbs some.

Hi. I'm Hannah from Dallas, Texas. This is my first attempt at a 100 mile challenge. This will be tough adjustment for me but I think I can do it if I try to fit in more smaller walks to my schedule. Good Luck everyone!

Congrats! You look great! I'm the same height and hope to get to where you are by the end of the year. Thanks for the inspiration and good luck on the marathon.

SW - 180.5 lbs (2/10/14) CW - 180.0 lbs (2/21/14) TWL - 0.5 lbs These first two weeks have been tough. I was doing well, but then my sister came to visit me on her spring break and it seemed like all we did was eat our way through Dallas for a whole week. Getting back on track now, and hope to have more progress next week.
