I can't eat any kind of leftover eggs, just doesnt taste right to me. I always eat omlettes immediately after cooking, they dont take very long to cook. If you want to save a little time you could prepare whatever you are putting in the omlette the night before like chop up some veggies or meat.

Restaurant food - used to love going out to eat but now I prefer to cook at home. Get exactly what I want, reasonable portion, can control the calories, costs way less, and usually tastes great (still fine tuning my cooking skills).

My husband and I bought our first house, adopted a dog, and I lost 40 lbs using MFP.

Amazing transformation! Great inspiration! You are completely right. People just need to start and never quit even if they have a few bad days. I always started and quit after a few weeks but last year I finally stuck it through and logged on MFP one whole year. Some of the days I ate a lot and really bad foods, and…

Although at this point I don't think I'm going to reach my goal of 140 lbs (start of normal BMI range) by the end of the year :( Oh well I'll keep trying and see how far I get and I'm planning on continuing onto the next 100 days challenge. Goals for today: Get in at…

Day 23 went great for me. Got in two walks with my dog and stayed under my calorie goals. So far for Day 24 I've got in one walk and a 45 min strength training workout. Hoping I stay under food calories today even though I'm going out to dinner and to get another walk in.

Congrats! I'm also hoping to make it into the normal BMI range in one year. I still have 15 lbs to go and 2.5 months left.

I really like the new ranking sheets. Great job putting those together. The weather where I am has actually been pretty nice, so I've gotten in a lot more walking outside. I was also sort of on vacation last week, which resulted in me posting a gain. Now I've got to work extra hard to try to reach 30% of my goal by next…

Weighed in this morning for a 2.5 lb loss, which puts me at 15% of my goal! Hopefully getting ahead early on will help me make my final goal by the end of the year. Thank you for maintaining the spreadsheet, and congrats to everyone I can see that posted losses as well.
