I completely failed my goals for Day 2. Didn't make any goals for day 3, but overall did okay with eating and exercising. Day 4 goals: -drink 8 glasses water -stay under calorie goals -get in 90 min of exercise
-
French toast with bananas and turkey bacon for dinner.

Congrats! Great success story! Once I reach my goal weight my wedding dress will be huge since I apparently wasn't motivated enough to lose weight before I got married :(
-
Amazing! So motivating to see hard work really does pay off!

Congrats! Keep it up!

Congrats on the weight loss and becoming a bike racer!

Actually met all my goals for day 1. Day 2 goals are: -30 mountain climbers -10 min HIIT -drink 8 glasses of water -stay under calorie goal
-
Congrats! I'm so close to reaching a 40 lb loss as well.

Great job so far! You can make it! I'm in a similar boat. I want to reach healthy BMI range which means I still have 16 lbs to go by NYE. I've been slacking the last two months but I'm sure if I try harder I can make it and you can too. Good luck!

Hello from Dallas! My goals for today are: -stay within calorie goal -drink 6 glasses water -get in 30 min of strength training and 30 min cardio I'm guessing only 20% will continue reporting until the end but not everybody who makes it to the end will have reached their weight loss goal. However anyone who continues to…

I agree. It seems people hate to believe that basic things everyone can do like exercise and tracking calories can actually result in weight loss. They want to hear that you had to go on a crazy fad diet or diet pills or do so much exercise, aka things they see as unrealistic, that way they can justify not losing weight…

great work! keep it up!

Congrats! It's a great feeling to make it out of the obese BMI category. I can't wait until I also make it out of the overweight category now.

I use a knife to get the peanut butter out of the jar. I weigh my peanut butter by putting whatever food or container on my scale first, zeroing it, then adding the peanut butter. Before I got a food scale I just leveled off the measuring spoon with a knife and did not stick the measuring spoon into the jar. I can see how…

haha. I feel for that.

I find that there is no real substitute for chocolate so I just try to eat it less often and in smaller portions when I do. I eat dark chocolate which has more flavor and if you don't eat it often then it always seems to taste even better. Savor it so you can eat less I guess.

Congrats on your progress!

I typically end up working out in the late evenings (~9pm), sometimes get in a few after lunch workouts as well.

I typically fry, scramble, or boil them.

I love to add a fried egg to sandwiches/burgers or just on toast. Omelettes are tasty and can be filled with lots of veggies and cheese. Hard boiled eggs are great for snacking, adding to a salad, and to make egg salad (which I use avocado and greek yogurt to make instead of mayo). I also like eggs Benedict when I have the…

I started again last week. I'm only doing the videos 3 days a week, opposite days I'm doing couch to 5k and lifting. I've never finished 30 days but hope to this time. All the jumping usually made me stop before because my knees hurt.

Finished week 1 this past week. Exercising on mom, wed, fri. Hopefully I can keep up motivation to continue and maybe eventually actually like cardio too.

My profile picture shows my husband and I. Since January he has lost about 40 lbs and I've lost about 35 lbs.
