I used Great Value Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt. I buy the bigger container, not very expensive. I use it plain as a substitute for sour cream and if I want vanilla I mix in vanilla protein powder. Great with berries and granola.

I used to stress eat a lot in college now it only happens occasionally. I also really enjoy preparing and eating food, I like to savor all the flavors and textures, that's my payoff.

Threw my skinny jean into my suitcase for vacation assuming they would still fit since they had always been tight but ended up having to borrow a belt to hold them up.

So essentially you can use any cake mix and any topping, just mix with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil? If so I'm picturing lots of tasty variations!

My husband and I love peanut butter anything but haven't tried PB2 yet. Will try to find some to try this out. This also sounds extremely delicious and I have all the ingredients to make it tomorrow for breakfast. Thanks!

Congrats on hitting your goal! You look great! Thanks for sharing your story. I also felt ignored by my doctor which is part of the reason I was in denial about my weight for so long because I figured if the doctor wasn't even mentioning my weight it must be okay.

I love most chocolate but prefer dark to milk. Currently I have Belgian dark chocolate with almonds, and dark chocolate Carmel's with sea salt.

Plain greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder and go lean crisp toasted berry crumble cereal for me. Fudge swirl ice cream with chopped Reese's for my husband.

I made chicken fajitas. Refried black beans, grilled onions, green pepper and chicken, Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, avocado, and plain greek yogurt. Super delicious.

Combination of stepping on the scale and being 195 lbs when I never thought I'd ever be close to 200, and realizing that my family had stopped bugging me about losing weight, apparently they accepted I was just going to be fat no matter if they teased me about it.

I had Doritos taco salad for dinner. I'm not usually a salad person but it was really good. Can't wait for homemade pizza tomorrow night. I'm going to make the dough using my ninja in the morning so it will have plenty of time to rise this time.
