Congrats! Great work! Keep it up! It felt pretty good to go from the obese category to the overweight category for me. I can't wait to make it to the healthy/normal category as well.

Homemade turkey meatloaf with ground oats instead of bread crumbs and added some mushrooms to keep it moist. Was delicious.

I use the EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale from Amazon, bought it for $25 with free shipping around Christmas time and use it multiple times a day and the battery is just now dying. Really simple, relatively cheap, has grams, kg, ounces, pounds, and a zero button. Works great as a mail scale as well. Having a…

I bought bodyfortress vanilla whey isolate from Walmart and i mix it with plain greek yogurt for when I want a protein filled snack. (I don't like to drink protein shakes. I prefer to eat calories not drink them.)

I'm starting to lift and eat more protein. Looking for motivation, food ideas, and tips on proper weight lifting. Please add me.

Now I'm thinking about what I'll do when I reach my goal weight. Initially I thought I'd track for a couple months after but now I'm not so sure. Tracking forever seems crazy to me now but I'm only 6 months in. Like several people said, tracking doesn't take too much time and it's worth it for my health. Maybe by the time…

Plain water or water plus mio for some flavoring.

I put vanilla whey protein powder in mine. Just have to make sure to stir it in really well. Then I add whatever topping I feel like that day such as fruit, granola, or even dark chocolate.

I never knew this. Does the chicken taste different since you froze it after you baked it?

I weigh myself daily in the morning unless I forget that way I can see my day to day fluctuations and have more data points for tracking with excel.

Love pb&j sandwiches, but typically use preserves. I hate grape jelly though. Whoever mentioned apple jelly, that's actually pretty good.

Amazing job! Looking good in the suit! Like the trend on your graph. Mine sadly has several more spikes than yours.

My husband and I spend about $300/month on groceries including toilet paper, paper towels, etc. So average of $75/week.

Great job! Always a great feeling to fit into smaller sizes. Congrats on getting into the ideal bmi category. I was pretty excited to reach the overweight category and can't wait to get to the ideal category too.

I did a 30 day shred workout without taking a rest today. I also placed in the top 10 for percent weight loss last week in one of the groups I'm in. Lastly, I finally managed to get in 100g of protein today.

I use Mio all the time. I pretty much only drink water the entire day so using Mio I can change up the flavor a little. Yes it has chemicals and artificial sweeteners but it gets me to drink more water and I use very small amounts in my water. The bottle says there is 24 servings in it and I get closer to 75 16oz glasses…

Great work! Can see the difference even with no change in weight.

Great work! Amazing transformation!

Great loss, 30 lbs is very good. Keep up the hard work! I also decided to make a change and start logging with MFP when I realized I weighed 195 lbs, never thought I was that close to 200. I have about another 30 lbs to go too.

Nice loss, big difference. Good work!
