coffee is not very helthy for you in the first place so im guessing that it wont help you lose any weight but thats just my opinion. hope it helps!!

well your probably gaining more weight because your getting muscle and remember muscle weighs more than fat!!!:)

oh and also i do like to eat alot of salt so thats probably whats going wrong.
