I use pure Stevia, I read Truvia uses additiives like maltodextrin or something of that nature. You can find pure Stevia at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

I would eat more fruits that aren't so high in sugar. I eat bananas rarely just because they are full of sugar. I save them for when I need energy for a run or something. I would think fruit like apples, oranges, berries, and grapefruit would be better for you...That's just my opinion.

I love greek yogurt. One cup has only 120 calories and 22g of protein. It's super creamy and has no artificial ingredients making it a great snack. I like cottage cheese too, but it has a lot of sodium so I eat it sparingly now.

After moving into a 1 bedroom in prime Chicago, I had to give up my gym membership. Luckily my buiding has a small gym. whole foods help with my digestion. Try whole food smoothies with spinach and some fruit...you can also eat oatmeal. That usually helps with my digestion.

That's amazing. I love riding my bike, but after a little bike accident I get scared of other people in their cars and on their bikes....That's a great accomplishment! I want to get back into biking again, hopefully this summer!

I just started it yesterday too! I did Level One on Exercise TV, but I ordered the full DVD today. I should be getting it by May 6th and hope to get good results. Keep me posted!
