What's up with the chin....Mine does it too! I also use Pro Active and it works for me. I have found that if I wash too often or scrub to hard, it drys out my chin and irritates the skin causing the zits to appear more red and inflamed. I keep a few meal replacement bars in my bag at all times. They are really good, taste like candy bars to me. I gained weight when I started eating back my calories burned. I agree with your post. Everyone needs to find out what works best for your own body. I don't comment alot on here but I do try and follow along with the post and advise, some if the advise is just bad. Yours however works for me :-) Thanks

Almonds are super filling and really good for you. Do a search on diffrent ways to roast them. Ou can get unsalted ones from the store and flavor them with all kinds of things.

I had one on my foot. The doctor drained it with a large needle (kind of reminded me of a turkey baster ). The procedure was very painful and he said I might or might not get one again.
