No weight loss for me this week .. I have been really slacking on the exercising ! I need to get motivated. Santa is bringing a Wii with Just Dance 3 though for Xmas ! woot thats some serious motivation there im gonna be dancing the weight right off ! Weight is still at 296.

lol Finally I found the new post ! i havent been on in a few days and lost the thread :) . I read something about continueing progress with maybe groups? ill have to read up a bit more but i have enjoyed doing all of this with all of you and i would love to get the chance to continue my journey with all of you as well !

Weighing in today :) . last week i finally got under 300 and was at 298. this week 296 !!!! so 2lbs lost !

Checking in ! :) 3lb loss this week putting me at .......... 298 !!!!! im under 300 its been a long time and it feels freaking awesome !!!! My goals this week are to be on the site more and get back on track with tracking my food and exercise :) Going to do some Just Dance 3 this week woot !!!!

I just noticed my weight was not put on the chart last week probably because i was a day late. There was no loss for me last week so I was still at 304 between tom and stress etc no loss lol .. Hopefully Nov 1st will be different !

Well I'm a little bummed this week was hoping to see under 300 for the first time in a few years but I gained 2 lbs putting me at 304. This means i need to work extra hard this week and loss double the weight loss I know I can do this !

Lost 4 lbs ! down to 302 omg next weigh in there will be no more 300 !!!! never again will I see that number :)

current weight 306 for Oct 4 2 lbs down hoping to kick it in gear this week I want to lose 20 lbs in the next 3 weeks.. that means work outs everyday and reallly watch what im eating ! Not sure I have the motivation for this :(

Very glad that you caught it and will be ok ... So many of those pills promise this and that but in the end make us sick. I did that a few years back and had to stop because i had the shakes and major heart palpitations .. change of lifestyle and exercise I have finally realized is the best way ! Yeah like i posted last night my weight has not changed im still at 310... my own fault though havent been exercising much and ive been eating things that i shouldnt . I am getting myself back on track !!!

Love this . Thanks for posting it ! reading all of those almost made me cry because i feel that way about myself all the time. Drives my husband crazy how much I actually hate myself but im finally motivated and starting to do something about it and that is what matters ! that list gave me a whole other motivation boost…

@Ravenclaw :) have you tried that mio stuff that is sugar and cal free but can be added to water to give it flavor ? its good and im not sure but i think some of the crystal lite stuff works as well as water too since your just adding flavoring . Hope that might help you a bit
