someone already said turkey-cheese rollups, but I'd just like to add that I add some spicy mustard and a dill pickle to my turkey-cheese rollups and they are crunchy, spicy and AWESOME!!!! If you like dill pickles then DO THIS.

Thanks, I know those are in there, but they do not take into account how fast you are going (which makes a HUGE difference) or how much you weigh (also makes a HUGE difference)

I like Guiltless Gourmet blue corn tortilla chips. I don't eat them too often (2x a week max) so they are more of a treat for me, but for 18 chips it's only 120 calories..... really not too bad as far as chips go. They make other varieties too (like black bean chips) that I believe have similar or the same calorie content

i had a whole wheat bagel thin with PB2 and sliced banana, with 8 oz of Unsweetened Almond Breeze. Most nights I'd try to sneak in some veggies like a salad too but tonight I didn't bother.

JUST BOUGHT SOME TONIGHT AND TRIED IT AND IT IS CHANGING MY LIFE!!!!! SOOOOOO GOOD! I had it on a whole wheat bagel thin with bananas. I had 4 tbsp too and totally felt like i was pigging out but its only 90 calories- amazing!!!!!

Also FYI things aren't "expressed in our genes", GENES THEMSELVES are expressed. There's a big fundamental difference there. Don't attempt to comment on things you don't have even a basic understanding of. Eat healthy- I'm done participating commenting on this topic.

No one is saying you can't loose weight by cutting carbs (you sure can!), just objecting to the idea that it is the way we are "naturally meant" to eat. Fuji's are great! I personally like Honeycrisps the best though. All apples are delicious!!! (except Red Delicious apples....how did they mess those up so bad? they taste TERRIBLE!)

Apples are only medium on the sugar scale and pack a TON of fiber and have a high water content so are very flling. They are consistently ranked (along with berries) as one of the best fruits to snack on by trainers and nutritionists.

I eat a lot of carbs, because I eat a lot of fruit, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, veggies, etc. I have no problem losing weight as long as I am sticking to my calorie limit strictly.
