I want to do this. I have a bad addiction to sugar so this week I will reduce and next Monday I'm going to try to cut all sugar except natural

I do 20 minutes of cardio 3 days a week and strength training and 1 day I do 45 minutes of cardio only. I'm working with a trainer once a week

I usually do rotisserie chicken and roast some sweet potatoes and a vegetable and use them for my lunches for work for the week. I throw in a Greek yogurt and some Raw veggies and hummus for my snacks

I just started getting exercise in my life which is busy. Single mom of three and I work full time. I hit the gym and do the elliptical 45 minutes. I really would like to take a Zumba class but my confidence isn't there yet
