I managed to meet my goal Tuesday, when I started, with 897 calories burned with exercise. I'm in! So far today I've walked 4 miles at 4.0 mph on the treadmill, and I did 25 minutes of aerobics/circuit training with a Jillian Michaels DVD. I've got another hour of walking outside with a friend planned for this evening... That should get me to 600!

Two weeks ago I started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred video. I worked my way through Level 1 (10 days) and now I'm into Level 2.
