I have a similar problem, but it is not that sweat get into my ears, but the sweat soaks up my headphones and after a while they stop working. I have tried both the in-ear buds as well as over the head ones. Having the same problem with both. Are there any ear buds out there that are more waterproof and wouldnt get damaged…

Thank you all for pouring in your thoughts. It helps a great deal I also had a slight suspicion if I was entering my portion sizes correctly (I measure almost everything btw, atleast at the oz and cup level) especially because I felt so full. But I think I agree with all you about eating enough and training your body to…

I actually tried the ratio you suggested today. It did go pretty well. Although I am not too sure I will be able to keep this up every day of the week, given I am a big time rice lover. But if it does work I dont see why I should not stay away from rice, even if it is brown rice atleast 5 days a week. Thanks for this…

Thank you for all your suggestions. Sorry I missed it out in my post, but 2-3 out of 5 cardio per week I do HIIT and I keep challenging myself to run the fastest I can on the incline that challenges me the most. I have also recently incorporated 12 minute mile runs on the treadmill. I also pay attention to varying my…

I am trying to net out my calories to 1200 every day. (Calories eaten minus Exercise), To tell you the truth, I feel so full on a few days, that I may be 100 calories under. Not sure if that is the culprit. Should I eat all my calories whether I am hungry or not?

Thanks for your response. Ya I probably should do what you are suggesting regarding the diet and weights. My trainer seems to think he needs to take a closer look at my fitness diary this week to see if anything can change there. He recommended adding more fiber to my diet.

Congratulations! Feels great to make such progress.

Great point Trudy. I wish I journalled well during my first pregnancy. All I can say is, I did not watch what i ate. and no exercises absolutely. Just gave into the bliss of being pregnant for the first time. I do have a family history of people not losing all the weight after babies, but that is mostly from lack of…

Thanks for that. Yes my worst fear as well. I must say it is a luxury to be able to lose the weight between pregnancies and I am just lucky I am able to do it. Hearing from all the ladies, only helps me to keep going. Thank you for your kind words.

Thanks for the compliments.

Thanks so much.

Anyone?
-
Thank you. That helps a great deal

Agree. Warm Salty Water Gargling, works wonders. I tried the Halls Cough drops once (only one) and my sore threat disappeared next morning.

I hear you. I have also started working out early in the morning. It was a feeling out process for me. A couple of different times, one time, I did not take any food prior and I worked out for about 30-40 mins. Did not exactly feel exhausted post workout, but managed to not take in extra calories before the work out. On…

Wow That is something ladies. Thanks a lot. I think this month, I am definitely going to attempt walking on the treadmill during those days and pick it up from there.
-
Thanks Ladies Any light to moderate workout you still do during this time? Is that recommended at all or will it make you even more tired? Havent dared to attempt any exercise, until after my third day.
-
I agree. Try something high in protein if you do want to meet you daily goal without going into starvation mode.

All very useful inputs. Thanks everyone
