I've had that same worry too. So far I have been taking care to use lotion after every shower. I've lost 40 lbs and the stretch marks are definitely lighter, but still quite prominent. I'm curious about this question too. I dont want to splurge on Mederma for scars yet since these stretch marks are already old.
