Hello and Welcome. Good on you for doing something about it. I log every day. I am also a big believer in being able to squeeze extra bits of exercise into your day which can definitely help if you're in a desk job. I also believe in doing exercise you enjoy. All the best and feel free to add me.

Oh and making your own air popped popcorn is heaps healthier and might be a good replacement for the chips

Hey. I used to binge really bad on chips too. like two jumbo bags a day. When I really thought about it I knew I was just eating them for emotional reasons, habit and boredom. So I tried to cut down numerous times and kept "relapsing" and before I knew it was back to my old habits. So I decided one day to try to cut them…

some great responses on here so far. a tip with exercise; Do stuff you enjoy, and try to mix it up each time so you don't get bored and so you keep challenging yourself. I go to the gym 5 to six days a week cos I love it. I do a 35 to 40 min workout each time consisting of 10 -15 mins cardio, 5 mins of abs, and about a 20…

hi. I'd say definitely eat more. and you can add breast feeding to your food diary and it will take into account the calories depending on how often you feed. I did that and was eating around 2000 calories most days and steadily lost weight; also the weight I lost was those last five tricky to lose kilos

Hi there. I have a 1 year old little girl. I found doing weights and being really aware of what I'm eating key in losing my baby weight. And you can even do with stuff around the house if it's too tricky to get to the gym. Feel free to add me

Hi I'm 28 but I feel 23. Haha. Main goal is to increase fitness and would love to help support others too. Feel free to add me

This is a great thread. You're all amazing. Be good if the fashion mags etc could catch on.Don't have any recent photos but am 5.5 and a half and 131 pounds. Size 10 (us 6) .I've taken off about 10 kg over the last few years but seem to have worse body image now than when I was heavier. Thanks everyone this really helps

Go you! I'd suggest adding plenty of protein and include lots of strength training. Strength training is awesome in lots of ways and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. Also try doing interval training where possible, ie doing short bursts of intensive exercise. All the best.

goal: 1410 but i generally do between 300 -500 cals of exercise each day so add that on. I'd never keep under 1400

Um...so I'm curious what you actually eat then
