  • How about a small shake? I used to have the same problem, I needed a quick protein snack. I made my own protein bars but it was very time consuming. I switched to small shakes. I just mix 25g of protein powder with 100ml of non fat milk. The result is kind of a soft Jello Pudding. :)
  • I can eat what I want and still loose weight. If my wife wants pizza I will eat one too. No need to make her suffer cause I want to loose weight. :) If I eat a little less the rest of the day I will still be within my calories. Same with chocolate, ice-cream, cake, sweets and what ever. Just do a little more sports or eat…
