You can definitely add me. I'm new here. I was at 215 2 weeks ago. I put 25 lbs as my goal just so I didn't have too far to look ahead but after I reach that 25 lb loss I want to lose at least 10 more. I am 5'4". Good luck and stay positive. Remember that each day is a clean slate!

Thanks ladies. I can use all the support I can get. I went to California for a week's vacation and got some exercise in with all the hills there and we even walked across the Golden Gate Bridge. I was able to stay under my calories the entire trip so I was very proud of myself.
