Day 3 Complete. I'm seeing an improvement in my abilities. :smile: I'm going to be sore tomorrow. I pulled a muscle in my butt. Funny thing is, I didn't do it doing the workout, I pulled the muscle getting up off the floor after the bicycle crunches. :frown:

Our schools are junk food free. Thank goodness. As far as parents supplying cleaning supplies, etc. What the hell??!! Do our tax dollars not go towards the maintenance and running of our schools??

I'm in. I know how my body works so....I'll aim for 40 but will be super proud and happy with 30. I typically only lose 1-2 lbs max per week so expecting more than 2 lbs is unrealistic for me.
