I was exactly the same. He needs a bit of a push to get him going Why don't you ease him in to it slowly? Then, if he wants to get serious, he'll be able to manage it himself. Show him the ropes! Last week: 162.3 This week: 161.4 A bit disappointed, but I've no-one to blame but myself. I'll make this week better and my next weigh in (Saturday, seeing as I'm going on holidays on Sunday) I'm aiming for 159.9 or under. :P

Yep! We'd basically set a goal every monday. Something like, "7 days to complete 10,000 crunches" or something, and every member would post the number they did that day/session in the form of "+50" or something like that. Then the scorekeeper would tally them up as the week progresses and give a few updates every few days…
