Was Working in an office, sedatory lifestyle, just got lazy. Stopped going to the gym and work hours increased. As work got busier I'd be leaving home at 6 in the morning and grab something on the way in, get something lunch time then more likely to pick up something on the way home rather than cooking, or cook at 10 etc.…

Nope. I'm more aware of what's in food now than I ever was. Give myself a target weight range, if I start falling outside of that then do some maintainence work, otherwise try to enjoy - reasonably.

MY post was pointless hence removing it and saying please ignore. Fitness guru? hardly. I've lost 41lbs and still got another 17-27 to go until I'm where I want to be. Thanks though for the hostility Deirdre. I don't appreciate what you are inferring.

Used to be fitness first, £40 a month, roughly. Moved to Egham, no decent gyms nearby. One in Staines was over £60 a month, fuqdat. So I bit the bullet and joined the one at work. £12.50 a month.
