  • One I got from Dr.Oz was to put a 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup apple juice (natural with no additional sugars of course!), 1 banana, handful of hemp nuts, ice and 1tsp rhodiola rosea. I skip the hemp nuts and rosea and it still tastes amazing.
  • We all have these crappy food days because of situational, emotional or just plain "I want to taste that" reasons. The point is to take them, realize that yeah they happen once in a while but that you are going to control the rest and stay on track. Don't beat yourself up over it because that's when the self sabotage…
