  • It's hard. I was never a runner before I tried it, but I wanted to be. It was actually my first venture into weight loss since I wanted to get active. It did make me a better runner, and it turned me into a person who actually enjoys running, but I never finished the program and often times it took me a couple weeks to…
  • Make your own lunch? Probably cheaper than what school charges anyway, and then you know exactly what's going in it.
  • Nike has an app called Nike Training that has workouts you follow, super easy to use and makes you stick to a 3x a week schedule. There's lots of variety in there and the workouts range from 15 min to 45 min.

  • Our sub shop is the only healthy option on my campus as well, I usually go for a whole wheat bun, grilled chicken, spinach and avocado! I don't trust the cheese from there since I have no idea where it came from so I often leave it off.
  • I'll add you! :)
  • Awesome! You have such a lovely side profile, your nose is so cute lol. great job :)
  • Awesome that you're starting it out so young. I gained all of my weight my first year of college... being away from home-cooked meals and stress of jobs and class.. yikes! I think you'll enjoy strength training, I love being in my campus gym and being motivated by other similarly-aged people working towards a goal. I love…
  • 24... anyone is welcome to add me :)
