Weightloss is easy math...as long as you're burning more calories throughout the day than you're taking in, then you'll lose weight. I definitely wouldn't recommend the restricting and binging on the weekends. Try doing several small meals throughout the day and then you won't have the giant urge to eat everything in sight…
