And I only weighed myself before the 30 days of exercise and the day after so that I could actually try and get a better idea of the results. I do feel like there is some difference in my body, but not much. I feel like maybe I need to increase my exercise, and maybe include more cardio?

I have just started to log my food. For the 30 days I exercised I only took 1 rest day.

What do you recommend for books or video that would give me that type of workout? I'm a little lost on where to start
